OCIA is a class for people who would like to know more about the Roman Catholic faith.  It is also for those who desire to complete the Sacraments of Initiation and be received in full communion to the Catholic Church.  This includes Catechumens, Candidates and Inquirers.  Catechumens are people who have never been baptized in any Christian faith.  Candidates are those who have been baptized in any Christian faith (including, but not limited to the Roman Catholic Church) but have not received the Sacraments of Eucharist and/or Confirmation.  Inquirers are those who want to know more about the Roman Catholic Church, but may not be ready to make a commitment at this time.
