The consecrated chalice is used to focus on and provide an awareness of prayer in the home for vocations to the priesthood, the permanent diaconate and the religious life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each week during one of the Sunday Masses, the celebrant will call a family to receive the Chalice. The family will receive a blessing with instructions to place the Chalice in a place of honor in the family home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please consider volunteering your time to help build St. Matthew\u2019s Vocation Awareness program by joining this ministry.
